and to clarify.... if you happen to have salvaged an S4 bumper you can install that on your A4, although i've heard its not really a direct bolt on. Though, some say it is. Im not sure what the real answer is...

Looks like that's what we are going to do. Spoke with my father-in-law and he said it wouldn't take him but and hour to do for me and he said he talked to Audi and can get me a new nonpainted S4 bumper for $265+tax, if we pick it up!

Thats one of the downsides to that mod, you lose your fogs. Bright side tho is that your A4 fogs are different from the S4 fogs so they probly wouldnt fit right anyway.

Ok we got the bumper in today. Guess what it's an A4 bumper WTF? We go check the order and yep the part # matchs the one on the box. So we get back on the computer (computer program we use to oder our parts for the companys) and check A4 front bumper part # vs S4... It's teh same part # WTF?!? So I call the local Audi and ask for the part # for a 2000 S4 front bumper cover and sure enough they give us the same damn part #!!! Does any one know the correct part # for the S4 B5 front bumper cover? The one we have is 8D0807103JGRU...
