Windows roll up but not down with key

Anyone know why my windows will roll up with the remote or key in the door but wont roll down for either now anymore, im pretty sure they did just before winter...

Hard to say, you could try disconnecting the battery and re-setting them. Just make sure you have your radio code handy.
