Don't just ignore it completely. Do what Hiwords suggested above. It'll cost you about $4 and take a few minutes to do. Just use flexible PVC hose like he said. Get 14' or so of it. Do one door at a time - lay the end of the hose at the leading edge of your driver's window in the channel of the door's weatherseal. Tuck the hose into the channel to the back edge, and then cut it off there so the hose fills the whole channel. Repeat with each of the other doors. You may be surprised at how much noise it takes away - I was when I did it. I did find that you may need to replace it each spring - last spring, I noticed that the seal on my driver's door was flattened out and I removed it for replacement.

It's quick, easy, and makes a difference. And since it's a tube, water can still drain down the channel - you're just providing a "top" for the channel so the door seals up better.

Close the door and look at the seal from the outside, if it looks like its not all the way against the body the door frame worked its way loose. Here is the "flat rate" way of fixing it. Open the door, put the panel against your knee, grab the top of the window frame and yank like all hell towards you. Close the door and keep checking it until its flush with the body again. You wont hurt anything because the frame sits on four bolts, its just pivoting on them.
