Wierd Boost Problem
#13
N75 is plugged into the turbo inlet hose (from your air box/intake). Take the airbox snorkel/ducting out to get to it. There are 2 smaller hoses that connect at the sides of the N75. One goes to the turbo wastegate and the other goes to a charge "nipple" on the turbo. If you search/read the stickies you'll find pictures.

the wastegate actuator itself probably, or a vacume hose is split somewhere. or your software/ecu is not controlling what it should be. or your throttle position sensor is dead/miscalibrated.
thats an easy fix actualy. before you do anything else, disconnect the battery for a few minuits (15-30). reconnect it then turn the car on but dont start the engine. let it sit for 30 seconds, then press on the gas pedal slowly a few times. turn the ignition off, then on and start the car. this will recalibrate the throttle body if thats the problem it will fix it. if not then keep looking.
i still say n75 valve has something to do with it. its kind of a pain in the *** to take off but i would remove the wastegate actuator and replace it or confirm its working correctly and with the proper spring pressure.
try calling the guys that did your chip and see if they have any ideas. thats part of what you paid them for, for tech support afterwards.

Well the wastegate and turbo are brand new Audi OEM parts. Before I do the throttle reset, I need to get my radio code, how do I do that without going to the dealer? I ordered a new n75 and we will see what happens. I swapped it with a friends and no luck

Ummm.... MAF! Mass airflow sensor. Gives input to ecu controlling your n75. Part is about $350-$500 depending on where you get it. Do you have an intake or K&n? Cheaper fix (which I did because nothing worked) is to get an mbc for about $75-$100.
