Yeah i kinda knew it was. I just hoped chocolate was right haha. Its not *officially* totaled, but i got it for 8.5k i think so... more or less already is

 

I second that. My neighbor did that with his '97 (I think) Pontiac Firebird. He wrecked it pretty bad from what I remember (but I couldn't tell how bad the damage was; I was only 11 or 12 at the time), but it was still structurally sound. The insurance company totaled it and he bought it back for next to nothing. Then he put whatever money he got from the insurance company into repairing it (doing most of the work himself). He sold the car last year, but it looked as good as new when he finished.
