when you get the dimensions let me know, I'll just have a local metal mason make one for me so I don't have to pay the shipping costs. Couldn't be more than $40 worth of materials/work

 

Made this 2 years ago, $150 just for the material. Took me 5 hours to make with a full machine shop, with large sheet metal benders and cutters, and a Tig welder. It's 1/8" 6061 aluminum and weights too much, 1/4" will just be stupid. If I had to do it again I'd make it out of 1/16" sheets and weld in extra plate at stress points. It has lived through alot of abuse.
