where is the suction pump on my car?!

Default where is the suction pump on my car?!

i looked all over by the throttle body, and can't find it anywhere lol.. why am i so stupid?! its a 96 2.8 12v... i wanna clean it!!

is completely pointless anyways. if you want to just take it out and replace i with a splitter

i looked back there, there's nothing. i have something that looks similar to the suction pump that sits on the driver side valve cover, in the little notch that sticks out. could that be it? i just want to make sure its clean since i just did the valve covers and replaced all the vacuum hoses, i'm just trying to make sure everything is in working condition at this point.

mine is here where this one is.. i think? is that the suction pump? on the tutorials they all say its back by the throttle body.

What you have circled looks close; the link in post #2 shows pictures of a 1998 and later 30 valve motor which has a completely redesigned top end compared to your car.
