i got it from these guys. it was 60 bucks i think. and it took about a half hour to an hour to change it out.... its about as hard as changing the oil filter, the hardest part was the heater hoses.. i just replaced them at the same time.. made it much easier
I should also add that mine was leaking internally letting oil into the coolant.. its quite possible that yours is just leaking from the o-ring between the cooler and the block.. its like a dollar for the o-ring.. and you might not even have to undo the lines to replace the o-ring..

I was aware of the oil cooler gasket being a common problem from my days with my Honda Prelude. I changed mine and it didnt help my problem, so I picked a new oil cooler up from http://www.autohausaz.com/ and changed it. That didnt fix the problem either, it turned out that the OPS is directly above the oil cooler and it went bad. Replaced that part for $7 or so and I havent had a problem with it since. By the time I was done I had the oil cooler dropped 3 times so I became pretty good at it. If you are going to replace the gasket or the OPS then do not disconnect the coolant lines to the oil cooler, just unthread the rod that holds the oil cooler on and it will give you enough room to work.
