So I cleared the codes, and tried to do a TBA but it came back (0.0) (26.5) (idle) (ADP ERROR) Can someone give me a clue what direction to go next ?
Where does the readiness (0110 1101) come into play ?

Personally, I wouldnt worry about the ADP error. Early models are supposed to do adaptations with the key left on the on but not running position for a few minutes. I tried to do the same thing on my '99 with a VAG, same thing happened and it threw that code. I adapted it with the key and the code remained but the car ran fine and the code finally went away later.

That readiness thing has to do with emissions testing and stuff, the car is "ready" when you have gone through some driving cycles and the emissions look good.

So all those other codes went away then after you cleared them?

EDIT: And what do you mean by no wheels is it not running?

So it shouldnt be an issue to just clear the codes and drive it ? It will start and idle at around 800 rpm but when it gets up to 1200 rpm it starts to bounce. Also really seems to lack power. What do you think ?

Well try adapting it with the key in the ignition switched to on for like 7 minutes or so. Other than that maybe someones got some ideas, I woulda said vac lines and MAF maybe but it sounds like youve already done those...

Today was a very good day. I was able to get my TB to adapt ! After trying to adapt it with the key in the ignition, wait (30 sec, 4 min, 7 min, ect) and have it not work. Then trying to reset it with the vag com thru the engine / measuring blocks/ enter group 060/ ect.... and not work and giving me "adp error" each time. Finally I tried reset readiness and followed the 18 steps. Step 4 being the adp of the throttle body. Sure as sheat I heared the whearl of the TB I was dreaming of. After that it started up and ran GREAT ! Took it for a drive and it had good throttle response and power like I remembered.

Thanks to NTT5418 for the idea to reset the readiness worked great !
