Cool what gas does every on use?

i used shell 93 vpower for the longest time but stopped into sunoco the other day and filled up while i was there and i was amazed on the difference in the performance my car was delivering. so i was wondering what everyone else uses for gas and what you think of it.
thanks

The first time i filled up in my 97 about 3 years ago, I used 91 Octane Country Fair gas(highest octane rating they sell). Country Fair is the Northwest PA equivalent to 7 Eleven or Sheetz or whatever they have where you live. By the time I got through most of that tank, I was knocking pretty bad, so I switched to Shell 93 Vpower and have been using that ever since, in that car and my current car.

I've heard that most of all gas comes from the same refineries anyway, so how different could it actually be?

Bingo.

I use 91, and try to avoid Arco or BP associates. (I would avoid all oil associates if I didn't own a car.)

Texaco 93 octane I'm not going to risk using a lower octane just to save some money. a couple hundred dollars over the course of a year is less than a mechanics bill for a new engine.

I use shell v power 93, and have tried their 91, and 87 variants, and did loose performance as well as a significant drop in mpgs.

So shell 93 with lucas fuel cleaner every 4 fillups
