yeah the vid has kinda bad audio quality, it was louder, and since you have a splitter it should be even louder. but if i were you i would just convert it to a BOV

Ok, for the exhaust, you free up all the back pressure the stock makes. You will have an increase in power throughout the rpm band.
For a 006/7, a green spring with a shim or two is actually a very good thing. You want the softest spring to hold the power. This will allow the valve to open faster and longer.
And the splitter. You are making sound like your are trying to gain boost or sound with the ****. Thats not what the valve does. With a chip, you should have it somewhere in the mid 20's in clicks. Then keep lowering it until you see a drop in psi. Then move it back up to where you last had the highest psi.
