HAHAHHAHAHHA
the airbag light is an hour fix, for about 3$ and the CEL from the cats is simply a matter of spacers, as EVERYBODY who has done the test pipes knows......

as a matter of fact, if he gets new seat leather not only does he fix the tear, but it allows the perfect opportunity to fix the connector for the airbag while the seat cover is off.....
car looks hot as heck.....but like said before, there are several little things i would worry about......

lol this guy is something else. Cylinder misfires? or "the check engine light flashing means that the car is in a catalyst damaging state meaning that you can burn up your catalytic converter if you continue to drive the car as is"

Seat tear isn't a big deal, mine is torn too. Air bag worries me, but ask around I'm not sure. The engine light should totally be checked for codes though. Anyone who knows basic things about running a catless exhaust knows you need some equipment to fool the sensors, allowing you to run normally. Timing belt worries me, I'd do that pretty soon as well. If that ****** breaks count on a ton of money for a rebuild. Belts changes are like $900 at a dealership, but you can get it cheaper (like $400 ish) at some shops. When you drive it, try to hit up a gravel or rough road as this will alert you to bad bushings or suspension noise in general. (A4s have a poor control arm design)

Ask about name brand exhaust, clutch, etc. You want receipts.

I'm in Sherwood, OR. Out of Portland. Pretty new to the Audi scene, but I have done a ton of research, most on this site.
