Default What could be wrong? ...flooding since cold weather.

my car started flooding with fuel when it dipped down to -20C. I didn't have very good sparkplug wires. I took them off and every one of them snapped before. so i fixed them by putting springs on it. 2 days before it stopped working, a girl slid into my front bumper, it looked like, just strictly cosmetic damage like a crack in the bumper, fog light popped out and fender bent in. but the car stopped working completly. so i called a tow truck and sent it to a shitty garage and they heated the car up, but when it ran, it ran like garbage. i already replaced the spark plugs and bought BRAND NEW wires($260) but it had no effect. i take the fuel pump fuse out and the car starts then dies when it runs out it's small amount of fuel. but when i put the fuse back in while it's actually started up it dies rigth away and floods. my scanner isn't telling me crap all except when i run it without the fuel and it shows misfires p0301-p0306. I ran out of ideas.
they charged me $500 for heating it up(2 hours), oil change and sparkplug change.

Thanks.

2.8 30v RIP
Tryed starting it, then I suddenly heard valve+piston action from 4k RPM.
The timing chain must have snapped...???? No more turning over. I can feel the starter trying to engage and turn the flywheel
the first thing I checked was the timing belt.
****'s sake.
