Whale noise?

Try turning the boost all the way down/off. If that solves it, you may have been running too much boost. Slowly turn it back up in small increments until it does it again and turn it back to the previous setting.
Did you get it scanned yet?

is your car chipped? i only get jerking if i pass 14psi so im at 11-12psi with no jerking, after i get my car chipped i should be able to get around 18+ psi im probly going to get a K04 soon too
also u might want to get an aftermarket DV, the stock ones can only take a certain amount of boost before bad things happen.

by doing it during troubleshooting?

Heh, you said sass.
I can't really understand that first sentence. Is the jerking still happening?
What I meant by asking if it has been scanned, is did you take it to autozone or anywhere else to see if there any fault codes present? Even if the check engine light is off, you can still have fault codes. The codes are stored in the ECU (we technically have and ECM, but whatever) until they are cleared. For example, if you misfire, it will record the fault and you won't have a check engine light.
As far as the overboost and bucking, it can be very dangerous. It just depends on the amount.
What did you do to troubleshoot it? When exactly does it start bucking/jerking? Is it at full throttle in all gears? Is it only in first gear from a stop?

Thing is that we worked on it for about 6weeks and ended up going around the problem by installing an mbc after replacing the list of parts. Chances are it was the ecu because I never got any codes and we could manually cycle the n75 with the vag but the computer would not cycle it on its own even after trying a new maf. We even found an ecu from same car except it was an automatic not 5sp. like mine. But, n75 still would not cycle.
