Werid kind of ticking noise from the front..just started recently
Recently when I start it it sounds a little rough. feels like it jumps a little more then normal and is louder. When it idles or in low gears(idk if it does it in 4 and 5th or i just cant hear it) but it sounds almost like when you put a card in the spoke of a bike tire. Just a lot of ticking from the front end. Any ideas?
It has been like 10 degrees out and sits for 4 days, then driven for 3 days straight then sits for 4..not sure if that effects it? It just sounds like real ****, wasnt like it was doing a few weeks ago.

someone told me thats normal... but what i would do if i were u is change your oil or at least check the fluids... mine used to do that too when it got cold but i noticed i was like half qt low... then i got the oil changed to mobil 1 euro spec full synthetic and i hasnt done it since

Well i know I just changed the oil under 1000 miles ago. I used castrol synthetic, some werid one that the place i got it doesnt have any more. Could it be a belt?almost sounds like that...Will the timing belt be loud when its going?i highly doubt this one was ever changed

Does it sound like it's coming from the top end of the engine? If so probably valve tap. If the timing belt is past due it's something I'd take care of cause seems to be a pretty common problem of it jumping a tooth causing you to have to rebuild the top end of the engine.

I know very little about cars, doubt id beable to do the timing belt and hear the cost a fortune to do. I cant really hear it much besides when it starts up (in neutral not in gear) and when its actually driving so cant look and hear..it seounds like its either coming from the dead front of front rightish area.
