Always been a beautiful car, but I'd sell for an RS6 too. Just something about that thing...

Damn Fred!

It sucks hearing that you're gonna let it go but RS6 is gonna be amazing. I can't wait to see what you're gonna do to it.

Good luck with the sale.

We'll see what happens but as of yet no offers have come in, so what do you do in the mean time? ............. buy more stuff

I was never really a fan of the rear bumper that was on the car as it did not flow with the rest of the car so I found this bumper on eBay and I got it so it should be installed in about a week. I actually backed over a curb and had to repair my Kerscher rear bumper so this will fix it once and for all. I will be post the Kerscher rear bumper for sale shortly. Let me know what you think.

The bumper will obviously be painted body color and the lower inset portion will be painted black.

Roughly I was looking in the 15k neighborhood and I know for sure I could get that if I parted it out, but I just want it to go as is to a good home and if it does not sell then I will just keep it and keep modding ......

Next on the list would be an engine build with Mike Hood and at that point I would not let the car go for a while .......

the most i could ever seeing you getting is 8k only because the car has so many nice upgrades but the truth being is upgrades dont add value atlease not $5000 more

although if someone was a true audi enthusiast i can seeing you getting 12k

I am not saying that the parts that I have added "add" value to the car but there is dollar amount that the parts are worth and here is an example; The APR Stage III kit on my car cost $4499 on APR's website now, and I recently saw one sell for $3500 complete so it is worth $3500. That's that not adding value as it is actually a loss of $1000 but it still has worth.

Upgrades do add value to the car and if you don't believe me just go to your local dealership and try adding navigation, leather, upgraded wheels or anything that is not included in the sticker price and you will find yourself paying more.Dealers add entertainment packages and engine options all the time and when you try to sell those cars they add to the base price of the car when it is either sold or traded in.

Secondly, this is not my first time selling cars, as I have done so many times so I know what I am doing. You always price the car higher and leave room for negotiations. What I want and what I will actually get/accept are two different numbers and I know that, so you are right in the sense that I have to wait for a certain buyer as my car has a more focused consumer in mind and does not appeal to a broader base.

I am willing to wait for the right buyer who will appreciate all the mods on the car and if I don't find that person then I will continue to enjoy my car and I may consider parting it out in the future. My one advantage is I do not need to sell my car and I am a patient person so I can afford to wait ...
