Default Weird Heating Problem...

When I have my heater on anywhere from 1-6 bars or so (low to mid speeds), and I make any left movements in the steering wheel it sounds like my blower fan is rubbing on the sides.. It doesn't happen going right, just left. plastic on plastic rubbing noises.

What do you guys think? 01'A4.1.8T.Quattro.

Thanks!

I have reason to believe that when the subframe flexes, it actually torques the dash. Because the heater core is on the right side, it doesn't flex as much on right turns.

This is my explaination I've been trying to tell myself. Then I think to myself that if I were to get some huge sway bars / strut bars the problem would go away....
