well....i can't take it to a car wash anymore, until i find the leak and fix it,2 days ago i took it to get it washed, then waxed, thats when i discovered the leaking is still happening.

I am just going to give it a bird bath, like i've been doing for a week now,i use a few spray bottles, one with water, one with windex and another with wheel shine and last but not least, one with tire shine. it looks just as good as if it was just at the car wash.

The only thing that makes a car look dull and dirty is the coat of dirt on the surface, you wipe it off and it looks as good as new.

The wax job didn't make much of a difference to me,it had a great shine, before the wax but i guess waxing is more about protecting the pain from the suns uv rays, than appearance.

Please someone give me another suggestion as to what may be leaking,i am afraid the leaking will ruin my ecu,if it gets wet

did you ever get a chance to check your windshield for leaks?

Yeah there's no step-by-step procedure for it. The windshield leaked on my old bronco and i just had my brother spray it with a pressure washer while i poked around the edges of the windshield to see where it was leakin. In that case it was the top left corner, so the headliner was also a tell-tale sign.

I think i know where the leak is coming from, when i had my head unit installed, they ran a thick power wire for the Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD Head unit through a hole that was already there, water may be getting on that, then cascading onto the cable with its smooth surface, dripping off it onto my Audi rubber mat on the driver side.

It's a hunch but I'm going to look real good,as the car wash proceeds or perhaps I'll have someone with a water hose, water down the car as i look up inside the steering wheel well, with my digital camera and record my findings.

I will post a youtube link,once i get the footage ^_^
