Is there a site that has a lot of stuff for the 2.8? The main things I would like to do right now are intake, cat back (if they even make one for the 2.8?), and I would like to install my CD player but I don't want to have any ugly gaps on the ends. It looks like the factory radio is about 3-4 inches longer. Do they make any kits to fill the ends?
BTW guys sorry if these are really noob questions. I have owned Ford's all my life. Just got rid of a 93 Probe GT for my A4 now. I don't have the slightest clue where to start for Audi parts lol. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Will an B5 S4 front bumper swap directly to an A4? Also I have the 12 valve V-6. Is there anywhere that has info on swapping the 30 valve? I would eventually like to do so and maybe slap a supercharger on it down the road.

There's a dash kit for the stereo, it's made by Scosche and you can get it at Best Buy for about $15.
There is nothing you can do to make the 12v engine faster/more powerful unless you want to spend way too much money. Engine swap would be conceivable, but if you're going to go that road, you might as well put an Audi 4.2 V8 in there rather than a 30v V6. No one makes an exhaust kit for the 2.8, but that's okay because it's a lot cheaper to buy a generic muffler and have a shop fab it up anyway.
You should go to the main A4 section and check out the Newbie Guide.

I wouldn't bother swapping in a 30v unless your 12v dies and you happen to come across some kind of ridiculously good deal to buy a 30v to replace it. And I promise your 12v probably won't die; that's the only really nice thing about that engine - it's as reliable as granite. Frankly, it may sound like a good idea on the surface, but going to all the bother of swapping in a 30v just for an extra 18hp and 15 lb. ft of torque? Meh... lots of work, lots of money, not much of a difference. And yes, I've driven both.
Upgrade your suspension - coilovers or spring/shock combination, beefier anti-sway bars, and high-bias center differential should make it pretty damn fun to drive.
A friend of mine has a champagne-colored B5; although he's taken to revelling in its blandness and I don't think he's got plans to try and make it look particularly special, he's keeping his mods under the radar Personally though, I think facelift tail lights, clear corner head lights, and clear or smoked side markers make a world of difference. As does tint; and I have a suspicion (however unconfirmed) that gunmetal wheels might look kind of cool with that paint color.

Actually I was looking at a pair of gunmetal rims earlier today lol. The reason I want to swap for the 30v is so I can supercharge it later. I read that you can supercharge the 12v but only one company can do it, and that it's a lot easier to boost the 30v. As for all the other stuff you mentioned, I thought about it already =). Just waiting for the time (and money) to be able to do all the stuff. My main goal is to keep the car as clean as possible with S4 type parts for a more aggressive look, and have it be a mean sleeper. I also read somewhere you can do the S4 6-speed tranny swap. I think that would go good with a supercharged 30v =D
