I need a driver side front CV Axel and front rotors and brakes I just changed the passenger side outer tie rod cars a little out of alignment ....

when I am driving, the car vibrates and makes a sound similar to a bearing but if I turn the steering wheel a little to the left like a an inch the noise goes away, I was thinking I may need a motor mount but should I wait and change the CV, Brakes, rotors and do an alignment first and see if that makes a difference?

CV may be causing that, so definitely wait. If the bearing is going out on the same corner that the CV is being replaced, it would be very convenient to replace it at the same time as the CV.

If you changed the tie rod, then you need an alignment no matter what.

I bet that's what it is.
