Default Very wierd engine problem

So i have a 2001 1.8TQMS with 112K and the CEL is on and the red oil canister is displaying in the center dash display. When my RPM's get over 1500 i get 3 loud beeps. I've taken my car to autozone and had them read the CEL and the code was "random misfires" i don't remember the code number but that was the readout on it. I've already replaced all the coil packs and that didn't help at all. My mechanic replaced my vacuum hoses because they were some what mushy and he said that could have played a factor according to his, "fix the most obvious thing then go from there" philosophy. Could it be my O2 sensor/s? still the coil packs? any ideas would be awesome.

The mechanic also replaced the airbox that had a huge crack in it and that didn't chance the misfires code which he said could be caused due to not getting enough air....? any responses would be a big help

he did all that but didn't check the spark plugs? if the min oil light is on, you might have oil sludge. how's your oil lvl? it seems like most of the stuff you've done, you sem to skip the smaller stesp that sometimes is the culprit.

could be the coolant temp sensor. omg i keep forgetting what this thing is called but it amplifies the power that is sent to the coilpacks. i suck with names lol.

took the car to autozone today and had it checked again, and as follows:

The PCM has determined that during testing, the fuel system for bank 1 was to lean. (Bank 1 identifies the location of Cylinder #1, while bank 2 identifies the cylinders on the opposite bank)

What's that mean? cylinder 1 or coil pack 1 or..? and it's supposed to be from front of car to back #'s 1 through 4 respectively and all it says is that bank 2 is the cylinders on the opposite bank.... does that mean that in this case the back is #2 since the front is #1 and opposite of that would be the back? this ****'s soo confusing sumtimes.

TROUBLESHOOTING P0171
Definition: Fuel trim bank one condition
Explanation: The powertrain control module uses the O2 sensor to calculate teh air/fuel ration of the engine. the computer has recognized a rich or lean condition on one engine bank only.
Problem causes: 1. If bank one and two codes set together suspect fuel pressure or MAF 2. O2 sensor defective. 3. ignition misfire - repair 4. Fuel injector problem

Hope that helps guys..... thanks for your help in advance.
