Using SeaFoam through PCV hose??
i am suspecting my PCV system to be a bit clogged. i see lots of oil and grime under my throttle body / on top of the tranny... i know people pour seafoam through their tiny vacuum lines on top of the throttle body... but what if i seafoamed it through the pcv hose on the side of the valve cover gasket? would my car f*ck up? i've seafoamed 2 cars before both times i did it through the brake booster line... but this time i am trying to clean the valves AND the pcv... has anyone tried this? i cant seem to find anything on this... thanks in advance for any help

do not intoduce it into the pcv system. all it will do is just go through the intake tract and gum up your throttle body. your best off just putting it in the intake manifold. if your pcv system has oil in it, that means it is working. if it is leaking, you will need to replace the components

Cool thanks man... But where do I get Pcv stuff for my 12V? I only see the little Pcv pump thing online... You think it's safe if I slap on some oil resistant silicone on the end of the Pcv tubes to get a better seal? When I did my valve covers I tried cleaning out the tubes and all but not sure if it helps
