ECS is ridiculous, yes they have all the parts and decent prices but they are stupid in other ways such as horrible ridiculous shipping and horrible customer service. Plus if you want to return something you pay shipping and a restocking fee... NO bueño.

 

Yeah I was gonna return that shitty Chinese axle shaft from my GF's TT and get my $90 back but it would cost me $20 to ship the ****** back to Ohio and for store credit? Not worth the hassle for $90.

 

i tried to exchange my round coolant temp sensor for the square one i needed. i think i paid 18 for it and it would cost 12 to chip it back and restock it.

So I ordered end links & tie rod ends from ecs on the 27th, isn't expected to ship until the 8th... I coulda drove out there and picked the **** up myself in less time (and for probably less money too). Highly doubt I'll order anything more from them again, as this is the second time this has happened...

 

damn ecs been screwing everyone lately.

 

I think they list a lot of stuff as "in stock" when it really isn't. I've noticed a lot of **** I bought from them was drop shipped from someplace else...

 

i ended up replacing the tre with a different one that was in stock, at my own expense, so hopefully it should ship out today...

 

All jokes aside, I'm thinking of scrapping the custom exhaust plan and going with the XS Power Cat back that everyone on Audizine keeps ranting about. It's only 2.3" as opposed to 2.5", but for $350 it's hard to pass up. I already have a Vibrant resonator and muffler, but can't find anybody to weld them up for me for a reasonable price. If I sold the resonator and muffler it would just about cover the cost of that cat back. Thoughts?
