Wtf so many avants and b5's. I rarely ever see any around me, nevermind an avant.

That euro plate tickles me the wrong way.

so last night did some work on the car.

for some you may know that my sedan was lowered on eibach pro kit with springs and struts, well i took those off the sedan and put them on the avant last night. I messed up one of the threads on the top bolts of the passenger front so i had to break out the tap and die. after that i got pissed so i did the cone intake mod.

so i went to the passenger side back after that and did that and put that on no problems like some people said i would have because of the fact that the suspension came off of a sedan. but no problems so went to the driver rear put that in and then the driver front and then lowered it and went to torque my wheel down and the wheel was just spinning. so got under the car and

That is with the driver front jacked up.
I can fit 2 fingers in the front wheel gap and 1 in the rear. lol
the cone intake is amazing. i have the 710 dv in and the rest is stock and it sounds so much deeper. i love the sound of it and i will get more pics up hopefully this afternoon or tomorrow.

very nice bro. did you actually fix the messed up thread? if not, you're gonna have to replace the whole upper mount but you can get one cheap from a junkyard when they have an A4 there. how's the bounciness compared to the sedan?

ya i pulled out the nut and bolt and used a tap and die to clean out the threads on it and then it went right in afterwords. but before my buddy realized that he had a set we were trying to force it in just to make it stay, but that didnt work and then i asked if he had a tap and die and he did so we fixed that

the bounciness is a little more than the sedan but i think its from pulling the blocks from between the springs (remember i was telling you about that) but i ripped those out. its a lot lower in the rear but its only from the extra weight of the avant in the rear
