I knew there was a reason I signed up for this forum. My turn signals have been acting up the same way all the posters on this thread have been talking about. So it seems the general consensus is that the hazard switch needs to be replaced! I used to have that problem only during the summer and I used to turn on the hazards and the problem would go away. But this year the turn signals keep getting stuck and it seems I can now isolate the problem. Thanks a bunch guys, you've saved me a bundle on a 'stealership' diagnostic!

P.S. Somebody said it's an easy DIY fix; Can anyone offer pointers on how to do it? I'd be grateful if I didn't have to pay somebody an hour labor to do it.

 

Your actually better off,replacing it,than fiddling with it,simply because it will just fail again,within a day or so.
