do the things do anything? i have woundered before on other cars if strut braces will realy tighten handling or are they crap

yes, my old honda used to understeer, after putting on a strut brace it was much tighter and endersteered less, i bet if i put one on the rear i could have probably got it to oversteer a bit.

they're not really useful until you have sway bars/suspension/sticky tires, and at that point they help prevent the second firewall from cracking. You probably wont notice a difference in handling, I've heard that the B5 is an insanely stiff chassis already.

purems has one. Another company is talking about making one styled after the lltek brace that was discontinued, I cant remember the name right now though.
