tool for fuel filter?

Also, don't do this with a full tank of gas. I nearly dropped a nut trying to lift my gas tank back up to put the straps back on

You can get the triple square bit at harbor freight. I can't remember what I bought but they had a large pack of multiple bits and one of them in the pack was the triple square bit. Then I used it and found out that the bolt was rusted in place. Just use a sawzall. Cut the bolt where the two halves of the bracket come together. But be careful not to cut anything else. Then zip-tie it back together. And wrap a rag around the banjo bolt when you take it apart and you don't have to worry about the gas spraying.

yea, I've been adding gas a s needed. Just put enough in to get me to the weekend when I'll try to give it another shot.

the main reason for wanting to swap this out is in the morning in the first 5-10 minutes of driving the car after letting it warm up for 10-15 minutes i feel it kicking from the back, so it sounds like it could be the fuel filter. any thoughts anyone?
