There's a car on here that has 170k on the clock with the original timing belt. How do I know this you ask? Because that car is mine.

well nick you can tell when a timing belt is gone by a service tag maby go to the dealer and have them look it up other signs loud noises sounding like a bearing whem you rev your car up other example my car sounds like a train when i floor it you can heat it for 2 miles i will have a video for everyone

When in doubt, change the timing belt. If you don't know when it was last changed, CHANGE IT.

Just because the car wont start doesnt me the valves are bent... most likely the timing is off or you forgot something.


Now, that does NOT mean they ARE ok... obviously.

Im pretty sure I had it timed right, and everything else is put back together, I went over it several times.. idk I priced two heads off Shokan.com and they want about 450 for them... gotta get the paper together first... so once again im without a ride.

actually i did mine 2 weeks ago at 60k miles. needed to fix oil leaks on the valve cover and cam seals connected to the belt itself. killing two birds with one stone. i want lowers and rims now...
