Hi, is there a way to manually check if my time belt has been changed or not? & roughly how much would it cost to fix it?

 

you can see if your belt is worn..... it is behind the plastic shield on the front of your motor... it is held on by the metal clips
but that won't tell if it has been done, audi might be able to run a vin check to see what has been documented

can you wrench?
