Milltek is just a borla muffler with their pipe.

My car is 2.5" pipe from the local exhaust shop, no resonator and a magnaflow muffler (not sure what the model # is, i'd have to look. but its single in and dual 2.5" tips)

i have no rasp and the difference in crushed bent and mandral is not worth the anything.. there is no difference unless the crush is horribly done. most machines now only slightly put 2 small kinks and doesnt actually crush the center of the tube like it did in 1975.. we've moved up in those times.

here is my car

that sounds really good. I was going to go with the Magnaflow for the 2.8 that I almost got (%^$& mechanics with cars that people have abanded trying to sell without a title). But now that i hear a good sounding one it brings in the magnaflow again. I did find a video on youtube of a guy with a borla exhaust and a fast intentions test pipe. What does this test pipe do? Im used to lifted jeeps and old trucks where headers and a muffler were all we used...

yea dude i have a 2.5 custom exhaust with Magnaflow and its awesome love the loud deep sound...
and a test pipe replaces your cat, and its just a straight flow no restrictions witch means more power...

Oh well I live in North Carolina and will be daily driving it. I guess I am going to have to go with a high flow cat just keep state inspection folks happy.

I have a 2000 A4 1.8t Q with pretty much the same setup as Nova SS except for a 2.75'' custom stainless pipping and I made the mechanic place the magnaflow muffler where the front muffler was so you can only see the pipe coming out at the rear like it was straight pipe + it only cost me 300$ (can ) for the entire job.
