Default The thing I always found funny about euro cars...

So my car got twacked in a parking lot by a truck, and there is damage to the fender, bumper, bumper beam, light, and some support beams. Total damage is 4500+ total worth of car is a tad bit higher than that.. Well then..

Lots of insurance companies only give estimates for OEM parts. New bumper cover, re-bar, fender, headlight, plus paint and labor at dealer rates is every bit of $4500 I'd bet.

hell yeah take the money. you could pick up another b5 no problem. they are starting to get kinda cheap lately. but then again with $4500 in your pocket, you could easily fix it yourself and have thousands left over
