Is there a write-up on DIY Engine and Tranny Mounts for the AWM?

Is there a write-up on DIY Engine and Tranny Mounts for the AWM?
And if anyone has done it (or has seen it done), can you please tell me your thoughts on the level of difficulty and frustration? I have a high level of mechanical ability, but as we all know: sometimes you're better off just letting someone else do it.
Thanks Guys.

In ultra-condensed terms:
Drop the sway bar,
Put a (or multiple) jack stands underneath the engine somehow (I put a board across the underside of the oil pan to dissipate the load),
Remove the three bolts that hold the engine mount bracket,
Reach up with a stubby (13mm?) wrench and take the top of bolt off the mount,
Put back together in opposite order.
The top nut of the mount takes 2x as long as the entire rest of the job*.
I have not yet done my tran mounts but I think it's even simpler.
*Also keep in mind I have the 2.8 so there is no chance of getting to the top nut from above. I hear on the 1.8 there is and if so it would make the job way easier.

Would be easiest to take off the core support.
Unscrew the bottom nutss on the mounts, then jack the engine up using the snub mount. Jack it up enough to clear the mount studs and take off the top nut. Replace. If you do it this way, you gotta be careful with the back of the head. If you jack the front of the engine up too much, you will smash the coolant flange. Would be a good time to preemptively replace it considering coolant would be drained anyways
Tranny mounts are easier and no guide is needed
