Default Tech Question, P0700

So I made a different subject for the thread soit might be more catchy. I got a intermittant code.

P0700-Transm.Contr.System Malfunction

I looked everywhere on alldata online, witch I have access to and couldn't find anything on this code. I figured I would try here first, before going to the next level. I just want to know what to check before I dig into my drive-train. I got this code after I beat the hell out of the car draging this past weekend. It came on the next day while I was barley on the gas. I cleared it and it didn't come on for the rest of the day. About two days of driving with no cel and it came back on. Weird.....

P0700 is an automatic transmission fault so pull the main fuse to the tranny to clear it and see if it comes back, not that its a serious problem and can happen when gear changes jump out of sink or change too fast and the ECU cant cope with it and sets that code
