Angry TCU Huge problem, please help

I have Audi A4 2001 Quattro automatic/ triptronic, which i bough just 10 days ago. i noticed the transmission just stacked in one gear. after searching i noticed the TCU has been stolen or removed, so i called Audi dealership to give me the right part number to buy it. i bought one from ebay around 200$ when i tried to installed it ,i noticed there is a wired disconnected from a pin which i don't know which one. So, i drove the car to Audi dealership to code the TCU and install it which cost me 400$. after that, i started to see the gear numbers on the speedometer panel, but when i started to drove it, it stopped " shrink" when it needs to switch the gear, i couldn't drive the car more than 5 meters. the dealership said " we cant guarantee the work because the TCU is used i was so so so so upset. Even they didn't put a pin for the disconnected wire. I think they just wanted to finish the work in anyway even they didn't give me any feed back about the work. i just disconnected the TCU and got back home . Btw, i noticed lots of water under the floor-mate.
I need help please

According to the manual, that should be an 88 pin connector. If so, pins 3, 7, 11, 12, 24, 31, 38, 39, 43, 45, 48, 49, 50, 56-84, and 87 should be vacant. You might want to find a picture of someone's connector or something to confirm that. But that should give you an idea as to what pin is vacant that isn't supposed to be and where that wire goes. The TCM is probably missing because it got wet and fried since you have water down there. You will want to let it dry out down there before installing the new TCM. Also try to find where the water is coming from. Usually it is because the drain in the battery tray is clogged. There is one under the battery and one under the brake booster.
