Default Suspension Banging from the back on hotter temperautres

Well, it's that time again

I've had this banging sound coming from the back of my car when passing over bigger potholes.
Odd thing is that when the temperature is pretty cold outside (ie -15degrees Celsius or less), it will most likely Not produce this banging sound (sorta like my spare tire is loose).

I though it was my trunk not locking itself properly and being loose, but it isn't. I've checked for any play in my spare tire or items in the trunk , but nothing is budging.

I don't know where the Banging noise is coming from (except I know its from the back ). My shocks and arms have been replaced, diagnosed with rear-left tie-rod being due, but not urgent.
Any suggestions??

control arms could be the problem.
Also check trunk for loose items. Sound travels and it could be just as simple as loose item around your trunk.

rock the exhaust by putting your foot on the exhaust tip. push it towards the driver's side

My car was doing this and it turned out to be the nut and bolt at the to top of the shock that holds the shock to the strut housing it was loose i would check that and see if it goes away.

Note: My exhaust does have some play (left-to-right),
Isn't it normal that It moves a bit, or is it suppose to stay Firm??

Problem solved;

the rear banging was actually my rear-windshield that was loose. It could be moved just by pushing with my fingers..!
Anyways, now I can drive over potholes in peace (even though I still try to avoid them XD).
