stock turbo oil return line braided conversion
Has anyone converted the stock hard pipe oil return from a k03 to a braided type flexible line? The stock hard line is the biggest PITA to remove and reinstall.
I couldn't find any products online for a stock k03

i'm sure its possible, but you'd need the correct combination of flanges and line. from here 001-030 : atpturbo.com
or you could try calling PSI Concepts and asking them if they would sell you just the return line out of this ridiculously over priced kit Audi/VW 1.8T Header Line Kit (Oil + Coolant Supply) B5/B6 058/06A
there are other options out there, but I can't remember them. Or you could always check forum classifieds for used stuff

I bought the Psi concepts oil drain and oil feed braided stainless lines.
Currently I'm using the oil feed line (from oil cooler to turbo).
For my FrankenTurbo setup, where the turbo is shifted a bit lower than stock, the oil drain line (from turbo to oil pan) didn't fit the greatest. I think it's meant to be used with a stock turbo/manifold.
My stainless braided drain line is for sale, if you're interested. Has all of the fittings and screws and what-not.

Redline380 - might try this. Couldnt find the flange that looks like the one for the oil pan, hole pattern looks different than ones I've seen online. But I could be thinking of it wrong
MetalMan - you've got a PM
Thanks guys
