1) I love the vid!
2) +1 on Mike's comments above and that you should try it with Z rated high performance tires on a nice hot asphalt.

My stock clutch held up just fine with just a standard K03 chip, but once we pushed the K03 to 250chp with a custom GIAC tune the stock clutch would not hold a hard launch. With an upgraded clutch I was able to run 14.29 at 97 mph.
Say Mike, are you able to chirp Z rated tires on asphalt with a chip alone? I.e. - my wife has the APR "93 octane" chip that gives roughly 160 rwhp per my Gtech pro. I'd post a pic, but I can't see an "attachments" section anywhere. So, I am wondering if something was wrong with her clutch - i.e. - it was a bad install.

rwhp? What kind of car does she have that is rwd and runs a APR chip?

It isn't easy to chirp the tires on a A4 1.8t quattro with the K03 since it doesn't really make all that much hp/tq at 4k-4500 which is the sweet spot for launching a K03 setup. Now I guess you could chirp or spin the tires if you really wanted to launch at a much higher rpm.

rwhp = rear wheel hp

and you are right... In this case, I meant AWHP!

Even when launching at higher rpms, I still can't spin the tires.. clutch just slips..

Have you tried running the tires at 45+psi? You might just need a better clutch.
