G12, G12+, or G13. Basically all the same thing and they can be mixed.

Any benefit of using G12+ over G12? Or just get what ever I can find cheapest? Oh I won't forget already have the water ready!

Not really, maybe in the very long term (10+ years), but otherwise just go with what's cheaper. Look for Hepu brand coolant, it comes in massive 5l jugs and costs $30-$35. It's stocked in all Euro-centric parts shops around here. Much better than the $20 a litre the dealership charges. It's also nice because mixing a whole jug with water gives you a slightly higher than 50/50 concentration, which gives me peace of mind when the temperature drops in winter.

What are the torque specs for the spark plugs? I looked in the manual and of course if says bring to your local dealer for replacement.

I've read 22-23lbs is that correct?

Actually, I found that the dealer is the cheapest place to get coolant. Maybe it's just my geography, but part stores want to sell me 1L of unmixed for $20-30, but Audi wants $25 for 4L unmixed G13.

My dad actually had some lying around that I was able to use so I actually didn't have to buy any. The cheapest I was able to find it was on eBay for around $30 shipped.

I've gone 5000K, sometimes 6K between oil changes since purchasing the car back in 03. I now have over 250K miles. There's no reason these 1.8's need their oil changes every 3k-3,500k, however using fully synthetic and OEM sized oil filter is a must to keep from sludging and what not. This subject is something I'm very familiar with seeing as my mechanic is family, and has been a certified Audi/VW mechanic for over 20 years, he's seen a lot of things over the years, not too mention I've picked up things as well. The dealership recommends 10K for most engines, and is even covered by warranty, however unc still doesn't believe in going that long no matter what.

Again-Fully Synthetic and full size OEM filter and you should have no issues going 5K per oil change, possibly a tad more on an occasional basis.
