Spark plug gap question
I know that for stock ecu's we're supposed to use. a .032 gap and for a chipped one, we should do .028. My question is if you can use the .028 for a stock ecu. Would that help with throttle response and engine performance under boost? Just curious.

No. It'll be worse. The higher boost cars need .028 to prevent the spark from being unstable at higher boost. It is a necessity, not a benefit. You basically want the highest gap (within reason) that your car runs well on. .032 and .028 for those applications are just recommended values that work well for most people. You can experiment if you want but a smaller gap won't give you more power.
