If your set on those 2 go with 6ks. My dad has a 6k/3k setup on his car and it looks good.

Personally i love the d2s bulb types since i dont need to deal with wiring BS its so easy swapping out bulbs, vs his i had to make holes and run wires thru the caps they are H7 projectors.

Im set on 3000k fogs in everything, but the headlights in the audi i swap out the bulbs as i feel, 2 weeks ago i had 12k purple/light pink, it was a little ridiculous but i liked it and never saw anything with 12k/3k on the road.

Now im back to 8k, i have a set of 4.3k stock, 12k, 10k and these lol.

If you want cheap bulbs and have d2s, go on ebay and buy them, i get them for 12-14 bucks depending on the seller just get them from one with a ton of reviews, they work fine, which is why i have so many they are cheap.

What is e-code? Eurocode?

Do people just buy them for the clear corners? I used the drill method and break the peice out in mine and they came out great.

right. I thought about doing the clear corner mod on my headlights but I'd rather keep them and run e-codes in case I ever want to go back to the reflectors

You should really do clear corners, it makes our cars flow so much better, i would never go back to the reflectors lol.

car looks great what products do you use?

I was about to buy a meguiars clay kit, and meguiars ultimate compound and hopefully tackle some swirls in my 99.5 volcano black

I used the mothers claybar kit, meguires ultimate compound (black bottle if i recall), and turtle wax ice synthetic spray wax. Ever since that came out i tryed it.

The ice product line of turtle wax is amazing. The spray wax is the best out of all of them i used. Wax the whole car in like 10-15 min. The interior ice detailer spray is also one of the best interior product ive used. For the lower black trim all around the bottom of the a4 i spray tire shine and then wipe it all with a terry cloth. I spray the inside of the wheel wells also cause i hate when your car is shining clean and then in sunlight you can see the grayed out wheel wells from certain angles makes it look like dump.

Edit: also the wax lasts a long while, i normally wash and detail all the cars every 2-3 weeks, i didnt do my dads for 3 months at one point, even though it was dirty water still beaded in the rain.

Also if you havent done this i recommend you do clay bar, then rubbing compound, then the polish, then wax. I did rubbing compound on mine like 6 months ago which is why i just did polish this time, and for the next 3-6 months all i do is wash, wax, trim etc.

I've been using
meguiars deep crystal wash
and meguiars ultimate quick wax with really good results but its time to do a full detail.

planning on picking up a claybar kit, meguiars pure polish and a real liquid/paste wax instead of spray bottle then i'll use the spray wax in between washes and such.

I washed my wheel wells the other day too after realizing my car looks great, but seeing the wells look dirty really distracts from the whole look.

I used tire shine and wheel cleaner but I really need to upgrade those products to something better, I believe im just using armor all stuff for both which work but don't last long or clean as easily.
