This may sound dumb, but I'm a little limited in my Audi knowledge here and I need to get this vacuum part that I duct taped because the tape isn't holding too well! I called my nearest stealership today and got some a**hole on the phone who obviously didn't want to do too much work to figure out what part I was describing. I need the elbow that connects to what I believe is the suction pump on one end and what I think is the intake manifold on the other end, but I really don't know. I'm working now and the stealership is about 15 miles from me, so I really don't want to have to drive all that way to find out what the part is, just to have them quote me some awful price when I could get it online. Here's some pics of the elbow, covered in duct tape!

 

dumb question but does that duct tape make your car stay running? if so DRIVE it to the theifs and show them that ****.

 

Ya, so far my car hasn't misfired and its been ideling fine since the duct tape was applied, but the tape ain't gonna last forever, so I'm just trying to figure out what you'd call this elbow so I can hopefully order one. Is that the intake manifold on the other end?
