Default Slave cylinder line

as most you probably know I am converting my 6 speed s4 to 5 speed. Anyways I have a trans from a 97 a4 trans in completely fine shifts perfect. However as some of you know they only used the slave cylinders of that trans for 2 years 96-97. So the lines I have for my 6 speed are pressed in and held with a clip, this one is threaded in. With that being said I need to find the line for that slave cylinder. I tried looking into buying a new slave but that doesnt come with the line. ANd also u cannot swap the s4 and a4 slaves. The s4 is bigger and will not fit.

You're going to kill that transmission very quickly.

Seems odd since I use B6 S4 slave cylinders in my A4 and other A4's.

You should have bought a 2000+ A4 transmission, they seem to be a little stronger then the older ones.

It's perfectly normal, nothing wrong with me. Oh, and we're going to need a cleanup on isle three.

u have a 2000 a4 I said a 96-97 trans uses different slaves after 97 they switched to the ones that u r using. Plus I saved myself money getting a 5speed being I only paid 250 so for the time being it will be fine. Just need to find that line, will probably end up making one.
