Default silver interior trim piece to match OEM

Ok so my interior looks like this:

and I want the trim piece around the shifter to match the aluminum inserts above the glove box, like this picture of a new interior:

who makes a trim piece like this that matches the OEM insert colors?

Thanks!

That last picture with the color matched shifter panel is from a B7.

I don't think there are any silver panels available but you could just custom paint it your self!

Make sure you get paint that bonds to plastic or project= fail.

my car doesnt even have a trim piece around the shifter . Where would I get one of those, also this may be a dumb question, but do our cars have ash trays? I'm guessing they do and mine is just stuck.. because right next to the lighter on my dash underneath the climate control it looks like something should pop open but if it does mine is stuck lol.

yep, I know the second pic is from a B7, I just needed a 'visual aid' that displayed what I am looking for.

I would really prefer not to paint this trim piece, as I believe the other silver interior trim is dyed, and considering this is a 'high traffic' area, I would think paint would start to chip away.

I know they make carbon fiber in either a replacment or stick on...I am sure these companies make it in silver. Anyone have any links to some companies?

Thanks so much for the feedback, appreciate it.
