I figured out my oil problem from yesterday, but i also have a shutter under boost, i would think that it would be a fuel issue i checked my fuel pressure and it's good and the fuel pressure regulator is good, i did notice a gargling sound coming from the tank when i start it. Any Ideas

Do a vacuum test to be sure there are no vacuum leaks. Your diverter valve may be failing, causing the shudder under boost.

Ok i replaced the fuel filter and the vacuum line to my DV which also test good and it turns out it's a forge, Recently the shutter now occurs under 2000 rpm some times, It doesn't trip any check engine lights except for once when it was cold for a misfire on cylinder 4 and it barely wanted to run or start after then it just slowly got better as it idled. It just keeps getting worse, and I'm out of ideas.

I figured it out it turned out my spark plug gap was big and the boost from the turbo was blowing out the spark.
