Basically use one of the vacuum lines feeding to the manifold to suck in the seafoam. Let it sit for about 30min and start the car.
I did it and didnt see much of a difference.

three diff ways to use it. you can put 1/3 can in with your oil and drive for about 5 miles then change it, supposed to clean out all of the sludge and free the lifters. put it in a vac line to burn out anything. or put it in the gas to clean out your tank/injectors.

Here's how I seafoam my car.

Gas lines - Full tank of gas. Add 1 whole can of seafoam to it. Dont drive it hard for most of that tank.

Intake/valves/cylinders - find a vaccum port (on the 1.8 there are two lines into the manifold, each works.) pour 1/3 can into a cup, use another vaccum hose attatche to the port to literally suck up seafoam with motor running. go slow, rev engine. Shut off for 10-15 min, then start her up. DONT DO IN GARAGE, tons of white **** out tail pipe. Rev high (4k, 5k) and hold it then down for awhile, then up, then down till its back to normal exhaust.

Oil/Crankcase - Buy replacement oil, this is done just before oil change. Pour 1/3 can seafoam into oil filler. Drive about 5 miles or less. Some people just ilde for 10 minutes. Dont drive hard. Change oil. All the carbon, old oil gunk and other **** will be in old oil. =D

Read the can. Easy and good stuff! Maybe change plugs at same time, just while your doing stuff. I heard it fouls cats, but other than white residue my cat is fine so I dont think its true.

Default SeaFoam

I’ve never heard that seafoam would foul out your cats. I can tell you if you do seafoam the intake make sure that your in a well ventilated area because of all the white smoke that comes out of the exhaust. It maybe a good idea to tell your neighbors that you’re doing this so they don’t think something is on fire, and call the fire department.
