Default Seafoam

I just picked up two cans of the stuff. I just did one can in the tank, but i'm nervous to do the oil and vaccume line. I've heard bad things can happen from doing this. Anyone ever had any problems doing this?

i got 116k miles and i've done seafoam 2 times in crankcase and evreytime i fill up. it'll get rid of gunkin the engine that might be blocking a leak and once it's removed the leak will appear. that's the only bad thing that can happen really

I was just worried that if there is any gunk holding things together that I don't know about and it clears it then things will fall apart.

follow the instructions on the can....it will work fine. Don't do the vacuum line part in your garage. I do it every other oil change on my car, along with a spark plug change. Oh yeah...you are going to want to do that too.

seafoamed my ride today. not sure if i saw any improvements. i used about 2/3 of the can with 8-9 gallons of 91 octane. hopefully that did something. im still kinda iffy about doing the seafoam in the oil? is this really worth it? does it make as big of a difference as everyone says?
