Default Sanity check please - Plenty of boost but not much power.

I thought I would throw this out to the forum and see if anyone has any suggestions.

Here's the situation -

Dropped new (used) turbo in recently, no issues there. First problem was one coil misfiring at high boost. Replaced coil. No more misfires/codes but it still ain't right at high boost, sluggish and boost fluctuates at 15-18psi.

It's an older Neuspeed chip which rocked before the first turbo went.

Other things already replaced or triple checked - DV, n75, MAF, plugs, hoses, intake temps...

I'm limited what I can measure with Vag-com since it's an AEB.

Any suggestions are surely appreciated.

cheers

How aBout your fuel filter? If it's partially clogged from age and miles, it may not be able to flow enough to handle the demand at high boost.

Well, an hour under there and I think I'll wait till I get it on a lift before I try again.
What a PITA.

Seeing as I'm not gonna get to the filter soon...any other suggestions?

I was getting plenty of power through this filter before so I doubt that's the current cause (though I do want to change it out).

I've tried stock replacements as well as the NGK BKRs (gapped from .028-.025)

No difference.

So now I am getting a humming noise from the rear passenger side after turning car off.
That surely points to the filter but why is it humming when it's not running? Pressure?
