small update. My insurance is being a pain in the a**. They said since I dont have full coverage (only liability) on my car they dont wanna deal with it. Even though i gave them the other girls info and policy Ect.. So all they have to do is contact the other insurance and make them pay. So the guy who was gonna come look at it (insurance guy), doesnt want to because he says he cant do anything at all. I was not even remotely at fault since my car was parked and i was no where near it at the time. Uhh first time any of this has happened and i dont like it already.. Hopefully i hear back from them with good new.

 

Call her insurance, they should be paying for it anyway since you're not at fault.

 

yea thats what we are trying to do now. we sent them our claim and are waiting on their response.

 

So her insurance emailed me. they talked to the driver but the have to talk to the policy holders first,(her parents) then they are gonna talk to me and probably send some one over to look at it. So far we seem off to good start after my insurance didnt even attempt to do anything.

 

todays update heard from insurance again.(geico) so i have an appointment with them monday at 11. Getting the car looked at by a shop tomorrow. so hopefully some time next week my car will be coming together again.

 

Nice, at least they have reputable insurance, you should be good to go.
