You'll be fine bro. Seriously, after a while it becomes a "job" if you get what I'm saying. Boot is all a mind game. It's meant to break you down so that you can dig deep and push through rough circumstances...not to mention a whole list of other important things. Just concentrate on building up your PT, do what they tell you, and you will be just fine.

Ditto on what Joe said. Also remember that your DI's have a job to do, don't take it personal. Most of them are just like me, been in about 10 years, Staff Sergeant, wife, kids, the whole nine, but they have to play the part.
Oh, and my career so far has been a trip to Korea, then 4 deployments. Fortunately, that whole mess is finally winding down, and I think I might get a couple years off.

yeah im real good at getting yelled at and listening haha. im just way curious i know this does not have anything to do with audi's but what was the stuff you did not likemost about the military? how do you get promoted? what did you guys do in the military? my recruiter didnt tell me much haha

I liked that the military will set you up with benefits that carry for the rest of your life. It's also a quick way to grow from a boy to a man. I've done a few deployments to Iraq, but my contract is near its end and I won't be joining my unit on their way to afghanistan. You get promoted differently from branch to branch. I would just concentrate on learning the basics and promotions will come. Work hard and do the right thing even when no one is around and you will go far.

The military is by far the easiest job in the world (besides the constant deployments) but Joe hit it on the head again. Keep your nose clean, stay out of trouble, and remember that the real military is nothing like the training environment! You'll do fine, I'm sure.
Hiwords- I want one so bad, but the wife comes first. And you still have yet to update your siggy!
