not getting the pathfinder just cuz the dealer tried to **** me over lol. i drove it today and its all good but they wanted to give me 2.5k for my audi which is a ******* joke. i would rather sell it and buy a pathfinder from an owner. do you guys think that 5k is a lot for my 1999 audi a4 2.8 quattro with 176k on it and all maintenance like valve cover gaskets, timing belt job, o2 sensor, throttle position sensor, alignment, battery, done within the last 5k.

It's not a bad asking price, but a dealer will never give you that much for a trade. They're out to make money off you, remember.

I still say go with a late 90s 4runner! Or a late 80s early 90s Toyota pickup if you must buy foreign. I still say keep the Audi. You can have plenty of off road fun in them.

Just imagine you had some good off road style tires.

its not that i dont like the audi, it has been my first car and i have owned it for 2 years now. i think that i am ready for a change and see what the suv's have to offer. here is something that i have found, and might be interested in buying it http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/cto/2218126857.html , http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/2210905132.html

I like both of those vehicles. I would go with the 4runner if it has the optional locking rear differential. Otherwise do what you want. I would buy the 4runner and keep the Audi if it were me.

Yah I like that 4runner too but I can't be paying insurance for two cars just because I don't make enough money being a student. Some guy has also offered me a 89 wrangler 6 cylinder manual to trade for my Audi. I am waiting for him to reply with more info about that jeep. I heard that some jeeps aren't reliable so idk if this would be a good way to go.
